Appleisp, now The MacISP SUCKS!!
Pros: have dialup accounts
Cons: NO tech support; may bill you twice in one month
This used to be a quality ISP provider, but over the last year or so they have totally gone to !@#@#@#@ [expletive].
Today is the second time is as many weeks that their webpage does not come up, whether using dialup or T1 line form local library. No answer except answering machine to the 800# listed on their website.
Ans SPAM has jumped from 50 messages a day to over 150, ususally!!
Billing-About a year ago or so they seem to have outsourced. Now instead of being billed at the ifrst of the month for the month, i get billed near the end of the previous month. Just checked my cc statement, and they billed me 8/21/09....ridiculous. |
