I ordered this service and it took them over 2 weeks just to correct the tower that was having problems. I now have had this service for over 4 months and we call on a weekly basis with problems. This has caused me thousands of dollars in loss. I get the same response every time I call. They reset our service and say they are going out to the tower... Just too small of a company and if I were you, go get a sprint card for your internet service. Much more reliable.
