Overall I'm quite pleased with Zeecon
Pros: Wireless
Cons: Recent, occasional slowing of conneciton speeds
It would a appear a review of a non-disgruntled client is in order.
I live in Kingsland and have had Momentum, 281 and Zeecon all as my internet providers. Of the three I have to say I've been the most pleased with Zeecon. They have provided me with excellent support delivered in a professional manner. From the person who answers the phones (Amber) to the gentleman who helps me in technical support (Ty, you deserve a raise for being so polite, patient and helpful), my issues are resolved within a few minutes of my phone calls, always. A refreshing change considering I suffered through one of my previous providers tech support people actually screaming and me and reducing me to tears.
While they did have an issue in July of '08 with their email servers going down, it was rectified and all service was restored in a few days. Hardware issues do happen and all one can ask is that they be repaired in a timely fashion, as this one was.
I recommend them to anyone in the area looking for decent connection speeds (I usually maintain in the high 900's kb/s down and mid-high 600's kb/s up).
I'm a pleased customer. |

Poor speeds
Pros: Wireless
Cons: Connection speeds on peak times outages
I have had zeecon.com for a few years now and the speeds during peak times is not very good! Sometimes I wish we had our modem it gets that bad. |
