Listed here are Microsoft Windos Network and DUN errors along with some

DUN Error 771
:: The connection attempt failed because the network is busy |

:: The remote computer's network hardware is incompatible with the type of call requested |

| The remote computer may be blocking your connection because of a caller ID rule, a scheduling policy that only allows access during specific times, or another setting. |

DUN Error 776
:: The call could not be connected because the destination has invoked the Do Not Disturb feature |

:: The connection attempt failed because the modem on the remote computer is out of order |

The drivers are not correct for your modem, delete the old INF file for
your modem and reinstall the drivers. Or the Modem is not correctly
connected. Try reseating the modem if it is PCI. If the modem is external;
check your serial connections and power cycle the modem.
Failing these methods replace the modem.
