| The required level of encryption is not available on the remote computer. One computer is probably using 128-bit encryption technology while the other is using 40-bit or 56-bit encryption. See your system administrator to determine your level of encryption, and to verify that the server is using the same level of encryption.128-bit encryption is available without restriction for North American users of Windows 2000, Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 3, and Windows 9 x clients that use dial-up networking 1.2 and higher. You need to order separately the version of each of these products that supports 128-bit encryption. Availability outside of North America is determined by United States Government regulation. |
