About The ISP List

Mission

   There are several thousand ISPs in Continental US alone. Competing ISPs that didn't even exist two or three years ago offer many new features and services packaged in a variety of ways to meet subscriber needs and budgets. As the number of service providers and service options increased, opportunities for consumer confusion and the importance of consumer protection increase dramatically. Having experienced the difficulty of getting the "best deal" in Internet Access service, we are all skeptical about the quality of information we receive about ISPs, service options and whether it will allow us to make informed buying decisions.

   The information on The ISP List intended to help consumers make informed choices as they shop for the ISP that suits them best.
